Job Description:

The Hub Manager is primarily concerned with the well being of the pilots within their hub. By innovatively operating within airline policies and objectives and in coordination with other staff, the Hub Manager should make every effort possible to make flying for Patriot Virtual Airlines interesting, challenging, and fun. Administratively, the Hub Manager is responsible for the approval of all hub pilot reports, coordination of transfers, new hires and training of new and established pilots alike.

Job Requirements:

    * Minimum of one (1) month employment with PVA or previous experience
    * Must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 hours a week in addition to your monthly flight requirement
    * Must be able to log in to the website at least once every 48 hours to approve any PIREPS
    * Must be able to respond to pilot emails within 48 hours
    * Must be able to complete at least three (3) flights minimum per month.

Human Resource Manager

Job Description

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the well-being of our virtual airline. He/she oversees the flow of the airline by: Welcoming new pilots, verifying that all pilots and staff members have completed their monthly requirements, terminating inactive pilots, reminding any delinquent pilots of the guidelines and policies of the airline, and being open to any given incident that may require their attention. He/she will report to the COO and CEO of the airline.

Requirements

Our Director of Human Resources here at Patriot Virtual Airlines must meet the following requirements in order to maintain their position:

* Must have been a pilot at Patriot Virtual Airlines for at least 3 months

* Must be able to check e-mail at least once every 48 hours regarding new applicants, terminations, and incidents.

* Must have excellent communication skill.

* Must be able to complete at least three (3) flights minimum per month.

* Must be able to devote at least two (2) hours a week to our virtual airline.

Communications Manager

Job Description

The PVA Communications Manager is responsible for all outside communications with the Flight Sim community. He/she will visit sites promoting Patriot Virtual as well as posting any press releases. This person will also be responsible for planning online event with online networks. He/she will report to the COO and CEO of the airline.
